Job Description

I3 Solutions is currently looking to hire a Technical Recruiter to join our newly created expanding team in NJ in support of our industry's rapidly changing short and long term initiatives and staffing requirements for our clients.

Essential Qualifications:

• Good communication Skills is a must.
• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
• Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.

Employment type:

• Contract Independent, Contract W2, C2H W2, Part Time and Work from home, Travel not required.
• Competitive hourly price.
• Citizen, Green Card and H4 EAD preferred, we do not sponsor visa.
